A new punishment awaits rule-breaking Thai police officers: they are to wear Hello Kitty cute and pink  armbands while at work.

Supposedly, it will make them feel guilty and full of shame for their bad police behavior.

Associated Press -- Bad Thai Cops to Endure Kitty Shame -- picture shows the guy wearing a face mask????
