Troubles Posting

2007-04-27

Hello -- if you are on my friend's list, you can see this post.  You can even comment on this post.

If not, then you can't and of course, you cannot see this, so what does it matter?  But if you see it, then I guess my blog is ok and can post again.

If not, it is just another one of my many posts that keep on getting marked as SPAM (see below).

My blog is quality and nothing less.  I do not write spam.

The last post I could make public with just a click was on Wednesday April 25th, my wedding anniversary.

I have no idea when this will be fixed. I hope soon.  Meanwhile, I cannot post publicly.
There are four   five (update 4/28) quality posts mistakenly marked spam that the admins have to release at this time.

Barnabus -- when it is marked as spam, you get the pink page, after you post, and you cannot access an edit for it (pink page shows up again)says Admins have to approve the post. It does not matter if the title is the same because all posts have an assigned number and that is what files them in the system, not the title. The last I knew, the spam filter has a glitch. The posts that are being withheld as spam, have not had titles duplicated. Harry Potter, Comic books, Dr. Phil, and a post of dreams have all been marked as spam with pink page and all. They are not public, only friends can see them and comment on them.

Ok you folks! your blog is not marked as spam..The title is a title you have used before, therefore it can't be posted in the lineup again! Change the title..by an A or The and it will post!!

Thanks Scribbles! Well first of all, a belated wish to you and your's... Happy Anniversary!!! Sorry you are having trouble with posting...I have too...and I saw that rocky posted about there being a glitch in the system. Hopefully there will be no more false spam alerts soon!

I am so glad to read that you are having troubles as well. Actually... I am not glad you are having troubles, I am just glad I am not alone. I went to a great concert and wrote a writeup about the concert - only to have shoutpost not allow me to post it. What on earth could possibly be offensive about seeing a concert? What could be spammish? Thanks for your post.
